BG-250
0 of 0 people found the following review helpfulRoss recommended the BG 250 to me when I called him 10 years ago looking for a beginning banjo and was unsure about the style I wanted to learn. I'm so glad he did.
I ended up doing 3 finger picking but I rarely need the resonator as this banjo has a lot of punch. I take it anywhere. It is a real workhorse. And if something happens to it, I'm not out that much money. Its a bit heavy but I'll take that in exchange for the solid tone projection. Last week I changed the head, tinkered with the truss rod and the coordinator rods. This banjo is now playing better than ever. Thanks Ross.
