CEB-5 Cello model from Goldtone
Notes from Ross Nickerson on the CEB-5 Cello models from Goldtone.
What a cool instrument this is new cello banjo is. I played one and opens up a whole new tonal register and sound. These are really catching on with players of all levels. Wayne at Goldtone has done it again creating a high quality, unique instrument that is very useful.
I played the CEB 5 at IBMA, another great innovation by Goldtone.
How cool is this, the big pot and low tones, awesome. I'm buying one. Ross Nickerson

Gold Tone's Wayne and Robin Rogers
The 5 string cello banjo, originally used in turn of the century banjo orchestras, has been redefined in this Gold Tone model. Great for classical style, but also may be tuned 1 octave lower in a variety of tunings and played by any banjoist for unique voicing's, lead, lines and accompaniments. The 14” body is very loud and the brass tone ring extends its punchy tone. The shortened scale makes fingering easy. It uses nylon high tension classical strings.

Cello Ceb 5 Review
0 of 0 people found the following review helpfulEverything came in today, and it looks great - I've had instruments shipped in the past, but rarely packed well - This was a pleasant exception, everything arrived completely flawless.I'm letting it acclimate some from the cold and from shipping before I spend too much time with it, but I have zero cause for any concerns - and here's hoping that I get plenty of enjoyment out of it. - Thanks again for taking care of all of this.
